The Dakota's do get some wind once they cut the the corn isn't anything to stop the wind between here and the Rockies. It isn't the 60 below windchill (sometimes 40 below actual air temp) that beats you down. It is that 30 plus days of below zero crap that beats the piss out of you. Well me at least.

Next place I go to live when I first visit and they have electrical outlets on the parking meters to plug your block heater in I am running, not walking, away. Not a fan of 3 digit digital thermometers either. Could be triple digits for heat or have a negative sign in front of it.

Yes they do. They were (2) 5# chunks of Bologna that I sliced in 1/4...... I do believe they are ground up in there somewhere. You know “snout to tail” they say

I ramped the temp up 375° then 400°F briefly. Sauce thickened up, chicken not over cooked. Tasty, next time I may add a few herbs and spices. Served with tortillas, corn, roasted broccoli.

Long day of tailgating for the UGA/ND game tomorrow. We are having it catered since we are expecting a big crowd, but I am going to do some fattys too. Doing a breakfast fatty and a buffalo chicken, but want to do one more lunch one and can't decide. Any ideas?
