My local dealer said the one I’ve been watching just updated to deliver between 9/30 and 10/7 and money was exchanged. 2020 TRD Off-road, white, 4 door. They said a silver one should deliver tomorrow and I plan to take it out for a test drive and am really looking forward checking out the new software and CarPlay.

My trusty 2010 is still running strong at 180k miles and already sold to a good friend. I have tailgate stickers selected though I still need to decide on tires. Pics to follow.

Congrats, I didn't have the resolve to wait, my dealer offered me $5000 off msrp for the 19, but I would have loved some of the upgrades it is getting! Enjoy and post pictures as soon as possible!

The 2019s are really a good deal now, but as absurd as it might sound, CarPlay and adaptive cruise control are mandatory for me.

Possibly. Though I’ve bought new cars for my ex, my 1989 Harley Sportster is the only other new vehicle I’ve owned.

Congrats! The 2019s have adaptive cruise standard, albeit not CarPlay though.

Congrats! I’m jealous of the integrated CarPlay.

I’m pretty sure adaptive cruise is a feature of the 2019 although, CarPlay isn’t.

Definitely not. Hasn't even gotten delivery, said that was scheduled for end of month or even early next month. I'm sure someone has gotten one off a lot already, as others have said.

You don't even need to spend a grand for carplay! I got a Joying android unit and it has wireless carplay. I don't even take my phone out of my pocket anymore! Didn't have to do any wiring either, it was plug and play!

Correct. Carplay head units can be had and installed very easily though...I wish people would realize that. I got a better screen, carplay, better sound, and all steering controls retained for under $350 by swapping my head unit out. If you are getting a 2020 for Carplay alone, save yourself a TON of dough and go buy a 2019 right now... Install your own head unit for $300 - $800 and ball out with other upgrades.

    Just my 2 cents.

I had a co-worker who wanted to buy a new Honda Civic a few years ago and really the ONLY feature that he insisted on before buying was Apple Car Play. He went to the Honda dealership and left his card with the Salesman and said, "When you get a Civic in stock, that has Car Play...you call me."

They called him, he took the afternoon off from work, and he bought the car that day!

It’s en route and I might have it within a week.

    Planned immediate upgrades include:
    Heated seats (for the lady)
    BAK Revolver X4 tonneau cover
    Grabber ATx rubber

It’ll be on the hunting trails soon, and we’re already planning a late fall road trip to the South West.
