    Hopefully I get a call for an interview soon :fingerscrossed: Did an app during lunch Monday and got a link for the assessment test in about 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 days like the email said and did that after work. I need to get out of the sinking ship I'm currently working at. Its just getting worse every day

    Management is the biggest issue. Instead of talking to us and working with us to fix the issues they're blaming us and the foremans. It's bad enough that a lot of people are looking for new jobs. Hell my foreman has an interview this Friday. The biggest issue is we're short on people and we keep running into part outages. But they don't want to hear that :frusty:

    Yeah I did, it’s a heavy awkward mother fucker to get out but taking everything apart is easy peazy. Nothing to be nervous about, if my skinny ass can wrestle that chunk out just about anyone can.

    Also if you have any interest in it, that would be the perfect time to have your spindles gusseted as well.
