so my gf who works at toyota told me how people are requesting new floor mats with the l90 even though new mats arent part of the recall. her dealership is big on customer service so they give the owners new mats.

anyways i didnt want to go to her dealership since she works there so i went to Chula Vista Toyota, i told a guy over the phone "i want new floor mats, if u cant do it, ill go somewhere else" the guy said "come by ill take care of everything" i go, he does the recall and i ask about the mats and he rejects me.

anyways i call customer service at the dealership and the girls like "we cover the recall not mats" and im like "its not about the mats its about your service advisor telling customers hes going to do one thing in order for the customer to go to him and then not going through with it. if i would have known u were going to reject me i would have gone elsewhere"

anyways they did the job but fuck! haha im pissed i didnt get the mats. everyone go to Frank Toyota if u live in san diego.

Whether you have a life is irrelevant. Trying to scam your way into new mats makes you a freeloading asshole. Disgusting.

You're trying to get something for nothing, when you know full well that the L90 recall has nothing to do with the mats, as you said yourself.

Actually, it may be a crime for all I know. No, I don't want to cheat anybody out of something. I have these characteristics known as "pride", "self-respect", and "integrity". Do whatever, dude.
