What is really expensive, is Maryland non-resident

 

Looks like non-resident Hunting + Antlerless + Archery = ~$178 Yikes!

 

wva non resident tag, along with their bag limits, make them a no go for me, md is a reciprocal state ie, you charge me this, I charge you that, so wva residents hunting in md, would pay the same, but md's bag limit is HUGE

 

Add in muzzleloader and furbearer

 

Don't forget waterfowl.

 

I think game birds are like an $8 stamp....not sure for non residents

 

However, judging by the pics of the pics of the hedonistic fun y'all have up at @68dave Daves place $8 bucks is nothing compared to how much the ammo is.

 

I'm actually looking for another property to deer hunt on in Calvert or Anne Arundel. Hit me up if you have property or leads on someone that wants to thin their herd.

 

I paid $200 to hunt inVa last year. Regular license plus deer/turkey stamp and muzzle loader stamp

I am not going to get my waterfowl stamp this year in MD and it will save me 42$ in state. Quit my Eastern Shore hunt club 2 years ago, got my waterfowl license last year thinking they might want to invite me as a guest, crickets, no love, so I am saving a shit ton of money now. 1k per year, 500$ decoy buy in, food, liquor, gas, poker losses, plus I was working so much the last year I was in it I could only go twice and never pulled the trigger! I did enjoy it though while it lasted.

 

Yes I carry my weight not to mention boat fishing license. Sportsman contribute a lot to the state and they can’t figure out how big a rockfish should be. Next year they will be 19-1/2” who knows?

 

Yea and Walmart sells duck now and are open anytime you feel like going there and you can wear anything you want. Win Win Win Win!
