The taco garage ?

Has anyone ordered from this place ? I ordered a Pro grille on Saturday from his website , and still no confirmation on him getting payment or not a word about shipping . Website don't even have a phone number.

He is great at getting the orders out man, it's only been 2 days and yesterday was Father's Day so give him some time.

 

The Taco Garage - is there some issue with them? Grill thread locked, ZERO response to PMs and emails. He has my $200 and I have nada.

 

I received a DMM last Thursday, but I waited quite a bit for it. Can't say I was happy with the length of time it took to get to me, but the product was spot on. I also ordered a grill in the past and it came right away.

 

I ordered my pro grill through them, super good guy. I'd buy from them in the future. Packages stuff perfectly. He may not reply to a PM for a few days but it's not his primary profession; it's a side gig so just be patient. It will come. He wouldn't screw people over like that. I had some issue with my grill, and he immediately shipped out some replacement letters for my grill no questions asked. His customer service is great. I haven't received the replacement parts yet, but I know I'll get them eventually. I understand that he's a busy man.

 

I get it, I own two small companies and have a "real" job, but still a short response goes a long way. And when a mod locks a thread for an issue......well I don't want to end up grilless and out $200. Thanks.

 

Have you tried DMing him on his Instagram and reaching out to him there? At least with IG there’s read receipts so you can tell if he’s seen your message.

 

He just emailed me. All good.

Hey, sorry to hijack your thread..
I'm having an issue having a conversation with this seller, anyone have a better way of contacting him? I haven't got any response in a week.

 

I just sent him several emails and private messaged him. He is slow but he will eventually get back to you

 

I have got replies over a week ago, but never fully answered my questions. Just kind of frustrating...

You around? Seems to be lots of delays in getting orders out, people are pretty understanding if you provide an explanation.

I'm waiting on #16199 to ship. If you can't get it out Monday, PM me and I need to know some details on what I ordered to try to find it elsewhere
