When someone around where I live says they added Cam 2 to their ride it means they ran a race fuel which is over 100 octane. I’ve been around drag cars a ton and never heard of anyone ever saying “I added cam 2 for lubricant”. I knew they make all kinds of automotive and industrial products but who knows what he added. :notsure:

Wow the English in the original post is god awful.

Anyways, nobody has mentioned it but I'd def check the primary O2 sensor because that effects A/F ratio. Vacuum leaks also have a huge effect, but aren't as noticeable sometimes because the drive by wire throttle body does a really good job compensating for them at the expensive of terrible A/F ratios. And maybe disconnect the exhaust to see if it runs better. Could be a clogged catalytic converter.

But yeah, could definitely be O2 sensor. Possible intake issue/MAF

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Yeah you really need to get your actual fuel milage. For all we know you could have a float sticking on the fuel pump or the gauge could be screwed up. You could have burnt a vlave running high octane fuel. If you do not actually see how many miles you are getting out of a tank there is nothing we can do to assist you.

I towed a 540i with an A frame I made myself across Florida once with my 07 2.7 auto. The 540i was 3800lb and on pretty wide tires.

And you can paint a house with a 1" brush, but...

His complaint is poor gas mileage and he's indicated he tows. Probably not helping the mpg much.

If you want good mileage you need to put it back to sleep and drive it like it's comatose.

Fill the tank with the proper octane gas. Drive a couple hundred miles, like a normal person..Gas up again and see how many miles you've driven divided by the exact amount of gas used.
    Anything else is just guessing

If you've worked put yout mileage. I can't see anyway that you'd only get 16 miles to 1/4 tank..That would be like 3 or 4 mpg. l'd imagine that the truck would be barely running.
I'd check air filter. Check for any obstructions in the air intake. Check the Plugs..Clean the MAF. Plugged Catalytic converter maybe?
    Faulty fuel gauge sending unit?
There got a be a code stored in the computer for it to be returning this kind of mileage?

I know you saud that you're driving 16 miles and the gauge is going down quite a bit. But have you checked how much gas you're actuslly using? Are you using a 1/4 tank or us the gauge telling you it's gone down a quarter. But you've only used a gallon a so?
