If any of you San Jose cats don't have any plans on Sunday night, I highly suggest you go see Metalachi at the Ritz. You won't be disappointed.

i think i may be into this.

On a hot summer night in Veracruz Mexico circa 1982, Consuela Espinoza stumbled out of her dilapidated shanty and into Rock N Roll history. What began as an innocent night of snorting horse tranquilzers in a hotel room with seven members of the village jai alai...

    @duncnasty:

I got a hybrid front and HC plate rear just like @CalTacoma09 and I think it looks good, better yet the functionality of clearance is great.

So my moms 4runner’s caliper has a frozen piston. I’ve soaked it in penetrating oil overnight and applied heat but no budging. Any suggestions? Hard to get a good angle to pop it out and resulting to using a chisel and 5lb sledge to try and budge it.

Not enough to have a build thread.
Are you just trying to get it off so you can replace it or fix it without replacing?

I have the caliper off, but trying to remove the piston to rebuild the caliper. Thinking it might be toast and have to get a new caliper.

Reread your question. Pretty sure I have an old caliper with a same size piston (have to confirm) so just need to get it out at this point.

Seattle is fun. Check out the troll under the bridge!

like ndub said, troll under the bridge is a cool thing to see. Pike place market, if you're into music you should check out EMP (its like a music museum), Elysian brewery is in seattle, pyramid brewery is there across from Safeco/T mobile field (theres like 20+ breweries IN seattle lol) lick the gum wall, catch a mariners game, anything on the pier is cool, dodge homeless, navigate the dirty needle obstacle course

Underground Tour, flight seeing, walk downtown, Elliot Bay Bookstore for Borscht. The steam park, space needle, museums.

Stay downtown and no car needed. Parking at hotels costs megabucks.

It’s been a while and there are a shit ton of homeless peeps these days.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
What they all said. I would recommend the Boeing Museum of Flight. I lived there for 4 years and did most of those things at some point. Also across the bay in Renton is the Jimi Hendrix Memorial/Grave site if you are into music.

Food wise, they have some decent selections. Try out Pecos Pit BBQ south of the dome (SODO). Fonda La Catrina in Georgetown has some killer tacos and Margs. A day time only place for the best Philly Cheesesteaks this side of Philly is in GT also called Calozzi's Cheesesteaks. Be prepared for a gut buster as with any good cheesesteak.

Alki Beach is a great beach area. Not sure how the weather is going to hold up for you. While in West Seattle, go up to Hamilton Viewpoint for a killer view of all of downtown Seattle. Great place for a panorama of the city.

I know I am forgetting 100 things though.

Its been fun fellas but a month ago the taco was sold with all mods still on the rig...couldn't pass up a deal on a CPO CLA45 AMG. Someone got a hell of a deal on a trail ready taco.

Shok Industries 2/0 big 4 upgrade and sound deadener.

Unicorn Bar. Rhein Haus is a little ways away, cool German bar open late.

    Radiator Whiskey on Pike.

My wife and I liked this underground tour. Adults only http://undergroundtour.com/underworld/index.html
Altstadt is a few blocks down and a good pregame for the tour, another German bar.

Otherwise everything else that's been mentioned. I personally wasn't a huge fan of Elysian, what they distribute here is pretty much all that's good IMO. EMP is always good, Chihuly Garden is amaze-balls. The Starbucks Roastery is kinda cool (skip the "original" at Pike's Place and go here instead). There are a few restaurants and stores nearby that have an interesting feel. We went to Terra Plata one night and had a nice dinner. If you have $$$ burning a hole in your pocket do dinner at the Space Needle. Cool experience but you'll only need to do it once.

Seattle is a lot like SF. More coffee but definitely a foodie/art centric city.
