I wonder if alcohol helps you shed water weight and my body is just adjusting.

Must be. My diet has been spot on tho.

I’m drinking tonight (OKTOBERFEST!!!!!!) so lets see what the weigh in tomorrow says XD

Do you think your water consumption was lower due to not having the beer? Basically, did you compensate beer content with equal water content? Scale is crazy sometimes... I've weighed heavier in the morning before bed lol idk

No if anything my water consumption has increased over the last two weeks.

    This week:
-Was a recovery week so intensity went down.

-My food calories were the same as last week but I did slightly increase my carbs by about 15g (net) per day on average BUT I wasn’t drinking beer too and I normally don’t count my beers so thats not in my daily carb count.

-I should have consumed about 600 calories less over the last 4 days not drinking beer.

I think its a water thing for sure I just like being nerdy about figuring out why.

You increase carbs, your body/cells hold onto more water. That's your 4lbs right there.

I can not have carbs for around 3-4 days and I'll lose 10lbs easy just in water weight. As soon as I start bring carbs back up that 10lbs comes right back.

Also, screw beer! Try gin, stronger and carb free lol

Yes but 15g a day? And I don’t know if it was a net increase or decrease because I previously wasn’t counting beer.

12oz craft beer at 5.5% ABV is roughly 175 calories, 14g carbs, and of course 0g fiber. IPAs will be higher.

I usually drink 12-19oz a day, once a day Tuesday-Thursday. I take Mondays off drinking IDK why this is like my holy day of rest from beer LOL. Friday Sat Sunday consumption goes up to 24-48oz. YEAH I KNOW! I’M GETTING A FUCKING HANDLE ON IT, but I get free beer at work...

    And

Gin is for alcoholics. That shit is fucking revolting.

Edit: I ran the math on my last 4 weeks of beer consumption average. 2450 cal, 196g carbs. :bananadead:

…..well that's just like your opinion man.

It's not bad with some tonic and lime. I usually stick with scotch; however, being as large as I am I have to drink a lot of scotch to feel good, and scotch gets expensive...

Yeah I’m not a scotch fan either. Its really sweet to me. I love bourbon but I’m trying to branch out and give scotch a chance and try something other than Glenlivett, Glenfidditch, and Walker Red. Which is all I’ve tried and not cared for.

Try Glenmorangie 18, its very smooth. You may like Laphroaig if you find the Glens sweet. I personally do not like it, but it has a very peaty/smoky flavor that some people love.

You're taking nolva on cycle pre-PCT? Having gyno issues?

Are you competing or anything? That's quite a lot for just recreational/gym bro stuff.

Also, how do like the MK? I feel like it really wouldn't be doing much stacked with test and HGH unless you're just using it in PCT to help keep gains.

I'd like to compete some day. Gotta pay if you wanna play. Too small due to my height being an issue. Classic - BB is just stupid and I can't stand their physiques.

    I don't PCT - Haven't for 3 years. Waste of time IMO.

MK is there for my appetite and to increase natural blood sugar so I can shoot more insulin without dying.

Never had any gyno issues - typically keep my E2 about 5x the level of natural (170pg/ml) natural is roughly 30-45. This is a lower androgen/estrogen phase too, so my E2 is lower. When I cycle tren I run 200+ E2.

    Bro...…

Do you get normal bloodwork? And are you sourcing and setting up cycles yourself or you got a trainer/prep person?
