How do you lose 6-7 bolts? At least we didn't do it at Brown's. I think we would have lost all the bolts. You don't really need them. I put bolts in the main areas. So if you don't find them it's no big deal.

    Thanks Colton! :)
Yep! I'm going to pull a coilover and cycle the suspension with the steering wheel turned every way possible to double check for complete clearance now. Should be pretty damn good though! :)
Yeah you were man. I'm liking the black as well. :)
    I was thinking the same.
Jason is getting the AP rear in a week! :D Then I might rock his stock bumper for a little while until I have the free time to design a new rear bumper, but there will be a new one very soon! I dont think I can handle the look of going back to a stock bumper for very long. lol
Nah, its too useful. For instance, I need it in order to haul the 20' lengths of steel tube for doing sliders and hoops and such.

    Alright here's the big update....

The 35's already looked awesome and fit OK with the trimming I did but with the way I use my truck, I still needed a little more clearance but didnt want fragile fiberglass. Thanks to Anton (all.on.black), I now have a factory modded look, and an extra 2" of clearance all around!!! :D

    The process:

    Flares removed:

Marking for cutting up the sheet metal:

Anton hacking away at my fenders..

Sheet metal all cut and bent over

Final product... 2" of added fender clearance and a like-factory looking flare. The original mounting points were retained and simply folded back so I can go back to stock flares and fender liners if necessary.

And another mod thanks to Anton.... Blacked out headlights with genuine BMW Xenon projectors retrofitted in. They have 55W 5000K DDM Tuning HIDs in them... The result: super bright and focused light with no glare for oncoming traffic (plus they look sick as hell!) :)

A couple notes... You didn't want the stock mounts still on there so chopped them off... There's no going back to the stock flares for you my friend. I gave you the option but you said you wouldn't go back to stock so I hacked them off.

Second note... The projectors are TL Bi Xenon projectors the shrouds are BMW E46 shrouds.
I see Tim has made it back.
