Got bored. Cobbled together a few vids I shot with my GoPro.

Shot at Devil's BackBone, Horsetooth, and Vail.

Got out and rode a little this weekend, I'm a rookie and this was the first time doing this trail for me. Videos never do it justice, but I'm proud of myself for not losing it anywhere lol. Started getting absolutely poured on about halfway through the trail.

Officially started my journey from a 2x10 to 1x10 drivetrain.

Picked up a 32T RaceFace Cinch chain ring, a SunRace 11-41T, with new KMC X10 chain.

Also planning an eThirteen BB mount lower chain guide/bash plate and maybe a second low-mount e-type chain guide to put in my former front derailleur location

Follow up to my last post:

Chainring and 11-42T cassette are on. But I had to buy a new derailleur that can accommodate a 42T cog. So I decided to repurpose a Shimano Deore XT GS 11-sp

    Yeah.
I'd go with the Sync'r, better components and that Atroz is not a great FS design like their higher-end FS.

I'm not buying right now just trying to get a feel from people withe more knowledge if the discount makes a bike more worth buying.

    Any specific diamondbacks you'd recommend?

Not worth it... used to have a discount too (IMO). Never used it. Pink Bike has some good stuff for quality brands if you're looking for a good bike not a new bike . Mind you this was 6 years ago, they may have changed their ways...
