Or just monitor them regularly like you're supposed to and replace early.

That's the only way to go. The only real fix is a SFA.

Ball joints are like ujoints, you don’t really know how worn they are unless you take them apart

There’s a company that makes uniball lower controls arms for first gens. Yeah it’s a bummer that it’s such a huge problem for us. I mean no vehicle is perfect...no system is perfect...

We’ve been playing with a rear window panel and a rear seat back wall panel.

Great! I wonder if you could use 3/16" ABS plastic or UHMWPE in order to cut down on machining/material costs & weight.

I could swear I saw pics of someone's truck that had taken out the jump seats and smuggler's boxes. Their back rest was removed and a carped piece of plywood was put in place. He used quick fist to attach items to the back wall of the cab.

I would like to do this, but i would prefer a molle wall.

Yeah I won’t be using plywood. It’ll be either be aluminum, steel, or possibly high density plastic down the road.

What I really want for the 95-97 Tacos with 200 mm headlights is a headlight bucket kit with lenses and a housing that is made with a universal mount for projectors. Drop in your own projectors and shrouds then seal it up. The back can be made to seal and removable for quick service to bulb/ignitor.

OME, SPC UCA, ARB w/warn 10K winch, TG Rock Defense Rear, Marlin Clutch, Custom hi clearance under bed spare mount. 285/75/16. A ton of repairs done and a list up to come modifications.
Front spindles/Knuckles already set up with the weld on gussets with bearings and manual hubs with abs already set up ready to go

A manual hub for the rear axle? unlock, full float for flat tow

A bracket/mechanism that will allow a quick lock of the standard transmission for some added anti theft deterrent.

Anti sway bar disconnects like that Wabbit made in the past. COME BACK WABBIT FABIT!

    Moon roof, sun visor covers

molly panels for the extended cab rear windows

People have done it. Cost benefit just not there for many shops/consumers.

As long as you at least occasionally look under your truck and inspect your BJs, these things generally don't randomly explode.

    Or go long travel.
