No one here is that stupid. Roids, duh. But there are so many out there, and I find what people take and how they monitor it fascinating. Also, when it comes to fitness, people go crazy with it, and I find all the obscure supplements and health markers people take/measure fascinating. So post it up.

I also study metabolism, so I'm quite passionate about it.

Most of the community doesn't monitor anything, and that is what is dangerous and scary. Educate before you medicate. Sad reality though. People just poke and go.

The hell? And still no chest? Don’t go blaming genetics - you got all whole new genes at this point, homie.

Maybe it’s that half rep stuff :notsure:

Drugs don't equate to altering your genetics nor do they give you new genes. That'd be sweet though :)

You're welcome to go back a page, my chest is well developed more than probably everyone here except taco - he's got it figured out :benchpress:

Can you help me figure it out? :D

On a side note, I did get a little advice from ThunderCookies which is much appreciated. And I believe you referred me to a Jeff Cavaliere video which is also helpful

I clearly missed the first post when I asked about labs. Oops. Obvious in hindsight.

What do you think of running insulin?

Any belly bloat, or definition issues? I hear lots of complaints about water weight, bulk without definition, and intestinal hyperplasia. Another question I have, that I dont see a lot of studies discussing, is insulin resistance. Do you do a fasting glucose test as part of your labs, or an A1C? Im genuinely curious if supplemental insulin in healthy individuals has diabetes like effects. I assume you are timing your insulin with meals too, yeah?
