Very happy that neither of our cats are biters/clawers. Even when I've had to doctor abscesses and other wounds and you can tell that they're clearly very upset with me they don't scratch.

Harley is definitely a biter, but I have myself partly to blame...I encourage it a lot lol. We have a baby on the way in January and now I'm sort of regretting all the rough housing with Harley, because while I don't mind it, it's not going to be good for a child. Harley's going to be the cat that only daddy gets to play with lol. Neither of my wife's cats are biters which is good, except for the one that likes to attack bare feet.

Back story: One cold winter night, as I walked by our front door I heard a meowwww. I hollered to my wife and asked why she left her cat out? She replied her cat was on her lap. So I turned on the porch light and opened the door and this half grown and half frozen cat was sitting there. I picked her up and she immediately started purring. Crap, I can't leave her out here.

I brought her in, checked her out. She wasn't skinny and looked well cared for. Obviously someones house cat. Told my wife we would care for her til we find her owner, but don't you name her! Just call her little cat.Gave her a little chow and water, showed her the litter box that she used right away. Put her in a cat carrier for the night. Next morning she was happy to see me, followed me around the house and if I sit down, she was in my lap.

I posted on social media and asked around, no one claimed her. I'm pretty sure someone dumped her.

That was 10 years ago last January. Guess what her name is. ;)

Little Cat is an odd name, but it stuck. I have forgiven her for the antibiotics I'm on now, and my hand hurts like a bitch.
I showed my friends my hand today and they said "that would be a dead cat!". Nope, not a chance.

yeah anytime Harley bites me hard I don't get mad at him for it, because he's just responding to my playing with him. Cats will be cats, can't fault them for being what they are. He's cute and cuddly half the time so it balances out lol.

Speaking of Harley, he likes to randomly hang out in the bathtub for some weird reason. Wife sent me this today

We had a Dewey at one point too. He was jet black and ended up having a pretty rough life. Physical and mental issues. He was named after a local appliance shop in my town.

Amos always has to do exactly what Suki does. Today’s no exception.

Siamese yes? I always thought Siamese were notorious for being attached at the hip and copying one another. Or maybe I'm just thinking of the 2 from that Disney movie lol

Yup meezers. Actually they’re pretty darn independent. Suki, the princess of the house, just likes her space and since Amos is the baby he’s always looking for someone to copy and show him the way. Louisa was very nurturing toward Amos when he was little but he’s gotten so big and love to play rough. Now both girls just tolerate him- barely.
