It is very stressful as a parent but this was his dream. You have to trust in your child, his coaches and training, and support them. Anything can happen to anyone at any time. Good luck to your boys..... and you. :D;)

It's a toss up for me on how I feel about Jorge but he's come a long way from being a street fighter. It'll be a good fight. But win/lose I gotta go for Diaz.

It's hard to pick a winner. Jorge has that one strike knockout power, whereas Diaz is a pressure and volume striker. If Jorge can counter the pressure with low kicks and is able to let his hands go, I can see him winning. However, I think Diaz gets the W if he is able to keep his guard up, check kicks and continue to push the pace with body shots. I belive he has superior cardio, which will definitely pay off if the fight goes to later rounds. Diaz also has the advantage on the ground. So much so that I wouldn't be surprised to see him pull guard at some point. Regardless of the outcome, I expect it to be one hell of a fight.

Idk man. That’s a tough one. Diaz got the grappling advantage, that’s for sure. But he’s prone to stand and bang and not utilize it with other strikers. I could see it going either way honestly

He has a shot if it stays standing but Nate needs to fight smart and use his BJJ and take him down and sub him. Jorge is fighting very well but Nate is an animal.

And that's exactly why he's so fun to watch. It's also why he's lost a lot of fights.

The Askren thing was a great plan, but I don’t think you can plan that well for a Diaz. It’s going to be a dogfight, but I will go as far as to say Nate by sub in 4.

It is :) I got to see him right after his first surgery while he was still in recovery. He wasn’t awake yet. I had to leave to catch my flight home right after:(
