    No bloating, or definition issues - quite frankly the opposite - I am more defined and full when using slin. Insulin is a tool, not a crutch. You build your insulin use around your diet, not the other way around. This happens far too often and people overeat. I typically inject 1IU of insulin per 10g of carbs. I time them 1st thing upon waking, and on my 3rd and 5th meal (5th meal is post workout). As my cycle goes on I will up the Insulin to 10IU post workout and 10IU in am, but my 3rd meal will stay low at 5iu.

    I am very diligent and meticulous with all my meds. If I don't have food in front of me, then there's no insulin going in me. People are idiots and inject and walk away to get mail or their wallet from car - this results in neighbor joe coming over to chat and 30 minutes later you're dead because you didn't eat.

    The examples you ask about are perfect of when you abuse Insulin and GH together. 10-20IU GH and near 100IU insulin/DAY. I will never reach those levels EVER. It's no secret that top end BB's use this shit and abuse this shit. I monitor my blood sugar often, and I use my GH/Insulin to aid in recovery and nutrient timing - not to become as big as an ox.

    What killed dallas was his insane drive to become number 1 too quick. He was an idiot for ignoring all his genetic health problems and just kept going. He was warned a couple times too it would catch up to him. He shot himself in the foot... He aided into his death by abusing so heavily so quickly to reach the top.

    HGH and Insulin didn't kill him - his stupidity did. Him ignoring the facts, the warnings, the concerns... He had a vision and he fought to hard and it shut his vision off permanently. It's terrible, absolutely terrible.

    I don’t have the time or money for that.

    For me to get to another gym is substantial travel. So thats more time and gas money away from my life when I already work 60-70 hour weeks so I can... what lift the same weight in a different setting? Run on a different treadmill staring at a different TV? LOL

    Although I kind of do wish my gym would put in more racks and have a bumper plate room. But my gym is dirt cheap and perfectly located.

    Thanks bro. I am not too worried - I just need to be ready. Once I put a little more size on I will. As I mentioned a few weeks ago the plan is to complete late August next year before our wedding. I just physically and mentally need to be in best condition.

    Meh. Trying to kill time cause I worked 6am-6pm today. But have to work 6pm-6am tomorrow. Then back to 6am-6pm on Monday.

    so I need to stay up as late as I can tonight so I sleep in and don’t feel like death tomorrow which is why I was thinking about driving to a new gym just to kill time lol.

    Like a $10 day pass or something.
    If not Then I’m gonna spend all night reading about personal training certs and classes while I’m still a tub of lard and I can’t be a hypocrite like that lol

    There are tons of ways to get activity while not having to go to a gym. I worked out at home 100% this week.

    Go sign up for the free month of BeachBody and do P90X Core Synergistics and tell me you don’t die LOL

    I feel for you on those weird ass hours though. Last week closing the bar at midnight two nights fucked me up. And that was just midnight.

    Oh I live like 10 minutes from the local gym I’m a member of but a out of town gym would kill 30-45 minutes on the drive alone lol. My ass would fall asleep if I put p90x on at 10pm today lmao

    I think you are too smart to compete. You see what happens to serious competitors. Stick to your moderate goals, do it for yourself, and dont give in to the BS of the industry... or you will end up dead with multiple organ failure, or broke with no wins or sponsors.
