    Yes.

I eat very well 3 meals a day. My snacks are just snacks.

In my humble opinion I eat like a king.

    Light weight BABYYYYY!!!!!! Nice.

I'm doing steak tonight. Ribeye. Wine for carbs. Still gonna hit my macros spot on! I skipped breakfast to get my fast done in the AM, so I'm spoiling myself with dinner.

I did add a spicy tangy sauce to my chicken tonight, so I guess that counts lol.

I’m kinda on the same boat.

I usually push my first meal until 11am. I was in a meeting that didn’t get out until 1230 so it was one by the time I ate. Messed up my schedule. Ended up with more to get in before bed so I’m playing. Haha.

I have a sweet deal with the manager at a local branch. Because I'm training, they consider me a student, so I get a $30 monthly membership, and the gal lets me suspend it as desired. Point is, I would ask, explain your situation, and see if they can help you out.

It was hard to get where 11a was my first meal. Now my body is used to it. It’s really the only way I can eat meals of satisfyingly portions at this level of caloric intake. I run on coffee and water in the morning. Don’t get me wrong, I love breakfast, but I’m trying to do this getting leaner thing.

Tonight its Cline Zinfandel 2017 (the 2016 was fking awesome, and I drank my last bottle of it a couple months ago). The ribeye is grilled on high heat until a light char forms, and then wrapped in foil and rested for 20min.... I'm in the middle of the rest. It will be medium rare. Ive been doing sous vid a lot lately too, which is wonderful.

Hey you gotta do what you gotta do right? I think you're doing good. If that's what works then that is what works. It's what makes this life so great - choices :)

Yea buddy. It’s weird. Once I start eating for the day, I’m hungry all day. But before I eat, I can stave off the hunger with liquids. So that’s what I do.

I have not yet tried that one but I’ll grab it next time I see it.

I paint my ribeye with butter as it rests :p
Pork tenderloin rubbed in grated garlic and onion with olive oil.

Get your keto on bruh. Free your mind from your carbohydrate dependencies. I love carbs, but since I have switch to primarily fat, I dont crash or get hangry. I get hungry, but it doesn't effect my mood or mental performance.

That’s dope. My local gym is 24/7 and is $35/month which isn’t terrible. I wish it was more “iron paradise” and less “old people can do physical therapy here” but it’s not bad for a local gym by any means lol
