Because that’s automotive tempered glass. This is cheap tempered glass meant for an arcade machine that should move once or twice in its life.

so i have my tools at work way overvalued. just in case those are insured. at the dealers expense

 

was that glass even tempered. half the time they aint

 

Isn’t the way you can tell if it’s tempered glass is when it shatters into a million pieces? Normal plate glass will shatter into big shards.
