I hear you. I have "white coat syndrome" something aweful. I had rather fight a fire breathing dragon than go to the doc. I do go though and the BP goes UP everytime.

It wasn't so much as a single post. It was more of the combination of posts. He jumped into a conversation that had nothing to do with him. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and he didn't take the chance to redeem himself.

True. They have me on pills to help and try to replace my bone density. Lost a lot last couple of years and am on an experiential pill. But he also said drink a lot of whole milk. And ice cream. Well I grew up testing milk in the bulk tank for fat content. That is what we got paid for. Don't have to tell me twice!
