Hey @OZ-T do you have any update pictures (kitchen with counters, siding, deck) of the residence you are finishing?

    Just curious

Hey @Martyinco this looks familiar. I had to do the same, cutout the concrete and replumb the rough ins in a basement I finished. Subdivision is off of Hwy 52. We talked to the Site Super and he admitted the rough in plumbing was placed incorrectly in this model of home throughout the subdivision.

It’s sad, this is a house in Milliken. At least the Site Super let you know they will all be wrong

Toilets are rated on grams per flush. Most are 500 or less. I use perfect 1000 grams per flush when able but you will pay more. Or grab a plunger with your new toilet.

I thought it's gallons per flush. It's a fucking toilet, not a bag of dope o_O

A lovely surprise in the bathrooms behind the old vanity lights :annoyed:
Installing boxes before we paint, then we just have light installs, vanity install, and toilet install before trim and being finished.

Had the same thing when I did my guest bathroom! Had to install a surface mount because there was a stud centered exactly over the sink.

Had a new roof put on the house and a 8x8 slab poured for my shed. This weekend (weather permitting) the shed is going up.
I also picked up an 80v Kobalt Lawnmower, and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised at how easy it cut down my foot tall grass after my second gas mower bit the dust. The electric trimmer is on the list now.

Just poured a slab last weekend and on Thursday put up an 11x7 shed too. Also have an 82v lawn tool system. Got it at the beginning of the season. I'd never go back to gas. All the torque, none of the stink or maintenance. Just charge the battery, stick it in and go.
