    the one i posted seems to have an auto shutoff so it does not need an on/off switch. it will make the install super easy.

    Will is an awesome guy, i was there last week and they said they were booked for the day but if i brought it at 330 they might be able to fit it in. The shop closed at around 6ish and they worked on my truck till 9! awesome people :)

    Just a bunch of old crap
    Ok so I'm impatient and ordered a 50 watt PA speaker today, and also a 150 watt amplifier (enough to run a second PA speaker if I want to). I'm going to convert the 3.5mm output from the CB into an RCA input into the amplifier, then run speaker wire to the PA speaker (doesn't have the 3.5mm jack). That way, I'll be delivering plenty of power to make this thing loooooouuuuuudddd and it will shut off automatically via the ignition remote wire. It all delivers Monday.

    That is going to be loud!!!
    I just set mine up. the speaker has 8 watts of power. its not CRAZY loud but my neighbor can hear me two houses down.
