People suck. Picked up an estimated 700 pounds worth of trash in about 1200 ft next to a Creek this morning

Generally I agree, people suck. But in contrast, people like you are awesome for doing things like that.

I think I seen a pot farm about 4 mi south of the I5/198 NB. Signs saying under video surveillance. I was like WTF, surveillance in a open ag. Then seen these. Might have to pull over next time for visual verification.

Was doing a dbl take on them before grabbing a pic. Figured being outside, they would be larger.

A few miles before that, they had a Christmas tree farm starting.

Guess the normal crops out in that area, isn't as profitable anymore. Noticed they been through the yrs, pulling up the fruit and nut trees.

Ireland update: Well, it was bound to happen. I’ve been pretty successful at negotiating the art of driving on the wrong side of the road, with the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car, with a manual transmission. I was surprised to find that the shifting pattern is not reversed as well. Weird. Anyway, had to make our first stop for fuel a few days ago. Had over half a tank remaining but decided to top off for the long haul to Dingle. 1.39 per litre for diesel. Damn. So, filled up. Not two miles down the road the car starts to sputter, and cough. Does not want to run smooth at low rpm. Damn. Find a Hertz shop in Cork. Told him my story. He asked the obvious question, Did you fill up with petrol, or diesel. I replied diesel, I’m sure. Now I’m not so sure. I reply further, yeah, I’m sure it was diesel, the pump handle was green. Bastards! The green handled pumps here in Ireland are gas, not diesel. Sunovabeach. Sheet. So, a half hour later a guy arrives to drain the tank. Clean out the fuel pump, and give me enough diesel to get to the next fueling station. Cost; one hour of time and 260 euro for that screw up. Back on the move.

That would explain why you see European tourists putting diesel in gas powered vehicles in places like Death Valley.

The guy who performed the clean out of the tank said he does it at least 4 times a day. You’d think the rental car company would be extra diligent about informing customers about this.

    This was my guy.
