Looking pretty good so far man.
I'd go with a 4" holesaw minimum. Without tube for fog lights it looks OK, but it looks a LOT better with the tube recessed in. Try looking for some '2nd's' from a local metal supply. Often they will have smaller pieces that were scrap they bought from people and it'll be a little rusty but like 1/2 the cost and often only small chunks like you'd need.

If you're interested in a HID kit for the stock headlights, I just pulled my kit out for a projector light retrofit that required a different HID kit. How does $80+ USPS shipping sound? Its 35W 6000K color temp and has the harness and everything so it works on both the hi and low beam. Was originally $145+shipping new from one of the groupbuys on here.

yes its 3 bolts but if its going to fit im going to have to cut out that center thing on it and the center support for the grill, im a little nervous that this wont leave enough support for the grill, considering how much i have already removed from the grill, we will see because its coming out, i think that the back of the grill may end up touching the front of the top of the winch which would be ok i guess. we will find out.

your winch mount plate looks like 1/8". are you going to strengthen it? Do you plan on making recovery points?

With all due respect and I am sure you have done a good job but, when I hear that you have a 1/8" plate for your winch... Not to be too much of a geek but there are a lot of working engineers on this board that could help you keep your neck attached to your body....

The last thing you want is your bumper ripping apart as you are attempting to help someone. Bill Burke tells of a story where a ball hitch ended up punching a woman in the head causing her death.

Good luck with it all and I'm sure it will turn out nice.
