Hello. I was wondering if anyone can offer advice on how to effectively remove some tree marks I have on my ARB Summit bumper. I unfortunately hit a tree while doing a tight turn on a trail and it left some marks. It was done at a very low speed and I am still kind of new to this, only the third or fourth time I have been on trails and my first on this particular one.

I've washed the car and taken it through a car wash but the marks are still there. If I scratch at them with my fingernails they start to come off. I don't believe the bumper is necessarily scratched, it's just that the tree is stuck on there.

This is the bumper I have installed on my Tacoma. I'll post some pictures later today when I get off work. Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks!

(feel free to give me shit for hitting the tree)

Pretty much. I'm not complaining. It did its job, but that doesn't mean it has to forever look like that.

ARB makes touch up paint for thier bumpers. It's available on their website.

Probably need to stop being a whimp and actually scrub the area with some elbow grease. Use a nylon brush or something similar. If you can't muster the forearm strength, maybe ask your wife.
