All seems okay now, the heavy rain has moved off. The roads are all fucked out here though.

Fuckers aren't laughing at my snorkel now though

There was a time in our nation's history that a doctor would have prescribed whiskey for your illness.

I like to think of those times as ancient western medicine, lots of inherent wisdom.

So what you're saying is that I should try it and see if it clears up my sinuses? Haha Challenge accepted!

Speaking of Europe, I've booked a quick trip to England, Belgium and Amsterdam next month. Clearly these aren't Whiskey countries, more gin and beer but if any of you have recommendations on things to do or see in any of these places (spirit related or otherwise) good whiskey bars possibly? let me know!

I was in Amsterdam as well on this trip. Head over to s place called house of BOLs. Place has been around during the 1800s. Also recommend trying a food tour as well. The train system is super easy to follow to get around.

Neighbor cleaning out her bar amd found this bottle stuck in the back.
It's older, obviously the shape has changed, but I don't believe they make the 500 ml bottle any more either. I'm only guessing that it's from around 1982 based on the bottom of the bottle? Any thoughts?

Best part about having neighbor parties is that you can pawn off the shitty
    whiskey on them!!

My parents came to hang out for the weekend and they brought peanut butter and jelly. Hahaha. It’s not horrible mixed together and it’s deff a sweet drink but it’s a novelty.

Now you just need something that has a bread overtone and it would be a PB&J Sandwich. :)

The charity event turned out great. A lot of money was raised, bourbon was drank, barrels were picked and bbq was consumed. 7707CC20-8CB3-40A3-8BB9-3525623364E6.jpgDA18EAA0-C634-4EEC-9B0A-5B110D87E7AC.jpg 7073AB7A-5A15-4C8E-8C9B-CA54A348C60B.jpgB3606F74-B0A7-4E75-9599-E5BD868077BD.jpg

Tincup Whiskey is pretty decent, surprisingly.

    I enjoy it.
