Well after LSU over-powered Vanderbilt yesterday, I went clean up the Tacoma again. We had zero percent chance of rain and you would know as soon as I finished, it stormed. Also took care of the wife’s Pilot.
LSU did not bring their defense on strong. I don’t know what they were thinking. No way they should have allowed 30 points. If they do this crap when playing Bama, it’s over. How did everyone else’s college team do yesterday?

    Go ND! :stirthepot:

Anyone interested in that SOS Streamline Front Bumper with a Reese style hitch?

Not their best defensive effort I'll admit, but, Chaisson didn't play, Divinity got hurt, Lawrence and Logan were both out as well. Lot of young'uns on defense getting reps. One of those young'uns.....24 (Stingley), that kid is special. Keep your eyes on him. He's good enough to drive a Tacoma (see what I did there?, lol).

My Cyclones rolled over their Cupcake (don't tell FSU that). Also same issue, my Taco desperately needs a bath but it is raining all weekend.

I did clean out TVD's new Etsy shop of Inferno vinyl decals and got the interior of my truck looking nice and orange-y.

I for one was interested in this game, wasn't sure if GA was overrated or ND was just that good, I guess time will tell.

Hold on there Tiger, it started as what “I” did to my truck yesterday. Which was clean it twice in one day. “I” was super busy excited that my team “LSU” beat Vanderbilt. Just being friendly and asking how everyone else’s Saturday went. Football is a huge thing in the south. Just like owning a truck.

Link ended up saying they were 40mm (mk19). Too big for 7.62, although the minigun can is probably much different then ours were. At that width, I’d think there would be feed issues though. Linked bullets can be finicky.

    I could care less about college football, BUT I just liked everyone talking about it because people whined. This thread devolves at times and comes right back. It’s not a big deal and everyone has done it. If you want to get so specific then don’t even ask how someone likes their new mod, because that should be in this thread;

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/whats-everyones-favorite-mod.629223/

I can only imagine what it would be like to work with some of you pansies.

Sorry to have violated your safe space by going off topic about going off topic.

Didn't see the link about 40mm, so good to know, but both are similar in size of box, width of box doesn't necessarily indicate what's in it these days. 7.62 linked hasn't changed, but the volume of ammo those mini guns goes through makes a box this size necessary. I don't know much, but I happen to know a bit about this. I actually like this idea, (I scored a few of these from the Navy last time they were here, legally of course). Thinking about doing this.

Thought about it, edited to showcase some fine Navy folks and the work they do. This was actually filmed on the beautiful Salt River in Fort Knox. You'll see what I mean about volume of fire when the shooting starts.....wait for it ;-)

Ummm not to be that guy but... this belongs in the vehicle inspection thread and the last half belongs in the planned mods thread. :notsure:

Mounted on the wheel well and the accessory rail won't it interfere with a cover?

Yeah the cardboard or foam space fillers work ok, just kinda figured with that rate of fire it would cause issues. BUT I’ve also never used a minigun and only seen them from a distance. I was just proud of myself for getting the mk19 right. Been awhile since I was one of the minions messing with the vehicle guns.

I’ve thought about them myself. Would make decent storage but I have to look closer since I have the OEM cover.

Supreme Suspensions 2” Spacer and 1.5” rear blocks. First time installing a spacer lift. Took me about 5 hours for front and rear. Alignment done after. No issues.

That's what I'll have to figure out, I have a bed cover, so it may not be possible. I guess we'll see.
