New to buying wheels and been reading threads for days and cant find the answer needed. I'm doing a 2.5" front and 2" rear lift on a 2019 TRD Sport. I want to run a set of 20x9.5 V-Rock VR9 wheel. They come in 20mm offset and 0mm off set. Which would be better for no rubbing with a 275/60r20 Ridge Grappler.

0 offset would be better, but I would not recommend 9.5" wide; this only gives you 5.25" of backspace. Your stock backspace is 5.43".
With the lift and tire width, stuff is going to rub on the inside

Okay, so a 20x10 with a -25 would probably rub also than.

That would be 5" of backspace; maybe maybe not.
But, because of the 'poke', it will definitely rub on the outside; as would your other choices thus far.
I suggest looking at 8" wide wheels; 9" at most.

You’re running a minority wheel and tire combo so not a ton of info here but you can compare to more common tire and wheel sizes to see if they will rub.

    Here's another for you then.
Unfortunately, it calculates backspace incorrectly, as it uses rim width instead of wheel width.
Just add 1/2" to it's calculation for the correct backspace.

Well this is a 275/65/18 on an 8.5 inch wheel with 0 offset. The backspacing is 4.75 inches.

Yeah, I see a lot of people here like the wheel to tire ratio set up for off road use. I don't go off road at all and never around rough terrain here in central Louisiana. Its more wheels more vs. tires.
