I appreciate the insight. I am certainly not sold on it, however my soon to be mother in law does spend a ton of time researching supplements for her husband(he has had a TON of medical issues - double organ transplant being the biggest) He's incredibly tough and she does what she can to keep him supplemented. She gave me the run down today on KRILL oil from 1md.org - thought it was interesting. Again, take it with a grain of salt. Spending some time on my own researching around.

I do take about 3600mg fish oil and it's interesting you mention decision making... It's one of my strengths and reason why I am in management.

Its been known for a long time:
    https://academic.oup.com/jn/article/128/12/2512/4724276

There are lots more studies supporting this since. You have to do a 6X dose, so over 6000mg daily in humans to get the full effects.

Edit: for all you meth junkies and adhd types, make note of this post. Fish oil is increasing dopamine in the same pathways as amphetamines. Its like a more tolerable version of Ritalin. If you are looking for alternatives, this is not a bad to place to start experimenting.

Since the coffee has been judged I'll go for the food. Too much rice, not enough turkey.

First time trying it. 1lb turkey and box of rice. Lesson learned but I’m poor so I’m still gonna eat it hahaha

I give him credit for starting. It is cheaper to buy Greek yogurt in bulk, less sugar, and more developed bacteria cultures.

Yes it is. Can’t fault that.

I’m actually surprised how our food is processed in this country live cultures actually survive.

Never ever found a way to enjoy coffee. If I ever get anything from Starbucks, it’s creamer based lol. Just genuinely do not enjoy it but I keep reading that a cup of coffee a day is good for you. So. I’m trying. But ima lose this battle.
Can’t win with y’all  “get probiotics and yogurt to help your gut”

“Oh now you fucked up that’s just a cup of sugar” Hahahaha ! Bunch of dicks.

Holy cow though I did not give rice the credit it deserves lol. That’s stuff took over the whole ass skillet. Need to get another LB of turkey to mix into it but then that’s enough rice and turkey to last 2 months probably hahahah.

This is why I don’t try to cook new meals. Just stick to ole reliable with grilled chicken and veggies.
