    Yeah I noticed that, it’s seems to be droppin and sluffing away from the house. The sidewalk in front of our house got pushed outa place cause somebody with a big dumb truck keeps parkin on the lawn.

    Private businesses can do it thru the city/state if they can show a "community good ". They're trying it thru the city's urban housing development or something like that. There's a hearing in a couple weeks on it. I'll be out of town but the wife may attend.
