@TRSAndrew will you also be working on a plug n play conversion harness for the oem led Tacoma like you have for the Tundra?

Manufacture a quality set and I will be a customer. I will be converting my ‘19 when they become available.

The real question is what will the demand be for 2020 Tacoma LED headlight assemblies. I don’t see them flying off dealers shelves at roughly $1500 a pair with shipping and tax PLUS the aftermarket wiring harness.

Has anybody ran tests on these things to see what kind of output they get? At this price point I'm wondering why you wouldn't go fro Morimotos where you get the sequential turn signals and all that.

Also curious to see what you guys think the likelihood of trolling junkyards for wrecked 2020's in a few months to get a new set of headlights are. I've never looked for parts like that so I don't know what's possible or what prices would even be once you found something.

I imagine it'd be hard to find a 2020 and if you did it would probwbly be a wreck and if so the front end would probably be smashed anyways.

@Joe.Dirt Finding parts at junkyards will be hard. Specially 2020 and those headlights. I've gone down that road with other cars and trucks I've had. Most of the 2020s that will get into accidents will be salvaged and go on sale at auctions to owners or to flippers who will make money on the secondary market. They sell them crashed at those big auctions like Manheim to used car sales reps or craigslist type flippers who buy with plans to fix and sell.

We have a light on order and it should be here in the next week or so. Conveniently we also now have the Morimoto XB LED in stock so we're glad to make some comparisons of the two!

Around $1500 and an aftermarket wiring harness. Nobody manufacturers one as far as I know.

    It's a 6-pin connector. We're working on a conversion harness.
