We eat those quite a bit when backpacking in the back country. They are tasty meals for what they are, especially deep in the woods, after a long day of hiking.

Most of them are ok. I wouldn't call any of them good. The one called Beef Pho is absolutely disgusting. :puke:

Well guys. I did something foolish yet maybe the smartest thing ever.

I’ll start learning the software now, and will get it in January. Anyone wanna order some steel cutout Valentine’s Day decorations as a first project lol

I’ve been wanting one and my brothers been wanting one. So of course I float the bill.

Our friend just bought a 20k table and a Hypertherm 105. I couldn’t float that bill, but he bought a shop with 3 phase to make parts for plants he’s worked shutdowns on. So he’s got everything next door I could use for bigger stuff.

    Anyways. Voila

i'm going to download the software to my work PC and start messing around in my freetime.

unfortunately my Hypertherm plasma isn't compatible without some wire splicing for CNC, so now i'm in a dilemma mess with the internals on a super nice cutter or buy a new one to work with it. Gotta feeling i'm going with the latter.

Looks great! The angles sides are a nice touch. Might change if you get a cab rack of some sort.

MIG is a lot more sensitive. Requires much more surface prep than flux core. Learned that the hard way.

Also forgot to switch the polarity of the machine at first...

I’m doing much better now, lol
