I’ve been following eddy hall for a while. Dudes abs still trip me out and I’m 99% sure he had surgical help to get them the way they are lol

 

Awe crap, I realize I said god poop instead of dog poop. I should pay more attention. My apologies. I didn't mean to claim your coffee comes from a holy origin, I meant to say it comes from my dog's ass. This is what we have in the hospital and I am not above drinking it like water... I just dont pay for it. Beggars cant be choosers, and I drink my free shitty coffee with a smile and without complaint.

Edit: I lived in the Puget sound for a long time and used to do buoy swings a lot after runs. The currents are strong there too, so great exercise. Once someone released footage of 12ft six gill sharks in the harbors of Seattle, I stopped.

 

I like how serious the sport has become. It really does demand physical feats unparalleled by other competitions. Im blown away. Its nice that these guys are getting the visibility they deserve too.

 

Statistically speaking (since you love your stats), you should be more afraid of being struck by lightning, than being even bit by a shark.

 

I am. That's why I put my wife on a pedestal - she is my grounding rod. Its also why I'm even more terrified of cars, and more specifically the people driving them.

 

Workout update!

Today was an active recovery for me. I did three sets of 15 squats at 225lbs, cable tri extensions, cable bi curls, deep pushups on yoga blocks (100 total), single leg jump rope for 10min per leg and some stretching. Plus morning bike ride and I'll run my dogs this evening too. Tomorrow will be posterior chain day and shoulders.

 

The pee gets filtered out. Coors Banquet is made with purified mountain water. Your piss gets bottled into Coors Light.

Hey I dig Coors Banquet. Shit is good.
I really miss the Batch 19 that was brewed a few years ago. I drove all the way up to Golden the day after my car accident with a torn rotator cuff from a dislocation, just to get it fresh from the source.
