Does sleeping count? Like if I eat at 7-8pm then don’t eat until 12-1pm the next day? That would be a short fast. No?

All inhalants are bad. I don't recommend them. Particulate matter of any kind will clog up your lungs, cause low level chronic inflammation and eventual lung disease. Switch to edibles.

Edibles are dangerous as fuck lol. Also fuck that waiting period for it to kick in. What about a vaporizer? Like actual box vape where you put your flower in and it gets hot as fuck and all that? Any better than a bong toke or a blunt? (Genuine question)

Hell yeah sleeping counts. Thats how I do mine. I skip dinner. The reason I skip dinner is because low blood glucose and high blood amino acids (protein shake) stimulates a greater release of HG from your pituitary at night. Otherwise, you can pick any time frame. And, I still eat three meals worth of food, just in my six hour period.

Meh. I breath in chromium/zinc and dust all day every day from welding. I’m sure I’ll die younger cause of that.

I just want to wait till after dinner to start because going to sleep hungry sucks but I workout in the morning so then I’ll be training fasted which feels week lol. Gonna need to look into this like if there’s stuff I can drink or protein bars or what the best way to try a fast out is just to try it.

I would guess anterior lateral if I had to tell you based on pain. But pain isn’t always where the injury is.
If I get swelling its outside the knee cap (Rt knee lateral side).

Should I ask about muscle relaxers for those few times it irritates me after a night working at the bar standing for 5-7 hours?
Pain is not really an issue just fatigue and soreness from standing.
Its only painful when it catches or hits that spot. I don’t ever get lingering pain more than 2/10.
So not curious as a pain treatment but more helping to relax the knee at night time.

Vaping is going to have similar issues as e-cigs. Its all about inhaling fine particulate matter. Its not good for the lungs. There isnt enough data to compare the magnitude of "badness" between vaping vs blunts, so I cant comment on that yet. I dont see the issue edibles? I used to make weed butter and awesome brownies. I would stay away from things "extracted" or "purified" due to a lack of regulation at the moment. You may end up ingesting high amounts of toxic alcohols (butanol etc).

yeah, play around with it. Find a safe cheat food that you can nibble on to get you through it your first few times. There is no point in being miserable if you have to be functional or sleeping.

Just to confirm we’re on the same page... I’m referring to one of these as said vape. There’s no chemicals involved. Just a ceramic heater and a glass cover and tube. So flower goes straight in and is “vaporized”
    D348881A-5719-43DC-8CCE-DBC215BDC594.jpg

I’m sure the vape weed pens with the extracts and all are similar to nicotine vapes. I do have a few that I trust. My friend works for a medical company in Arizona and they operate in like 12 states. They lab test all their flower and carts for anything that would be “bad”

And to add to the edibles: home made are the most dangerous haha. Can get way too baked off that if you’re not careful. Shit even if you are careful haha. Even dosed out edibles from the store never hit me the same

nope. I am a fan of avoiding potentially addictive substances. Wear a more supportive brace in the mean time, a little vitamin I (ibuprofen), stretch, ice, hydrate. Muscle relaxers are appropriate when you have painful, uncontrollable, muscle contractions - which this is not.

In terms of picking your poison, that is likely going to result in the least amount of particulate matter going into your lungs. So, its up to you. To date I have not seen a patient with lung disease that exclusively used real vaps. Nor have I seen a patient or met a person who exclusively uses a real vap 100% of the time. Soooo, again your call.

I’ll keep smokin my blunts then if it’s all the same  I haven’t owned one of them box vapes in years. I typically either use the bong, a joint on the weekends with coffee on the patio, or a cart pen for my on the go convenience

If you can find me a Vitamin I that doesn’t rip my GI up please let me know.

I will do all others though.

I’m a big fan of addictive substances. Opioids greatest thing ever discovered (fuck weed) Cyclobenzaprine, not the same to me. But yes probably best to stay away.

But you are now educated on the topic and can make an informed decision. Choose your vices wisely so you can enjoy your life now and later. Thats all.

I’m pretty sure that most things in excess will yield a negative outcome, and most things in moderation won’t hurt anything at all.
