Most lights will have on the box what they are rated for. Even my cheapo lights were like that in a foreign language.:anonymous:

My two cents, because I'm going to get this "free" with Amazon dollars I have earned. PROBABLY.

Fuses, relays, harnessed switch wiring I will probably put in the Garage Door overhead (it fits). Various fuse sizes provided, all I need to "WIRE" would be the various loads I intend. Only complication is that unless I add a secondary relay, all switches would be always on off the battery source. Not hard, and considering what I am wiring, not much of an issue either.

Overall, best advice combined I see, if buy some sort of "system" for the switch, relay, and fusing. You want that fuse an relay block, trust us! Load wiring will come from that central point, and is something you have to do anyway. So while you are pulling into the front and the back and cab, pull at LEAST one extra load wire that you simply leave as "spare" at the block. That way, you can add something and it will already be harnessed up. Oh, and buy some footage of split loom to put your load wires in outside the cab. Protects them from the elements, and chafing (shorts).

Ty for the input. Lots of helpful stuff here today. Definitely gives me food for thought.

I’ll probably save up and buy a nice system that will last me the life of the truck.

Push comes to shove, my house in Lockhart is like 25 minutes from COTA (without F1 traffic anyway). I have a field behind the house, or might even let you have some driveway. PM me when it gets close.

I used to work on inverter systems. Lost my wrench between the back row of the battery string (60 12V cells in series, for a 6KW System. Back when I had knees, I always crouched when messing with them, and glad I did, because the jolt was enough to spring my knees, and that spark sent me backwards and upside down into the power panels of the opposite side of that room. ATT Bell Labs, West Orange NJ. Would have been 1982. A maintenance guy found me, and got me to a break room. Best we could do was a couple orange Fanta's for fake potassium. I was stiff for days.
