What is this kit missing or needed to make it work other than the extended axle for 4x4. The tie rods?

It has the tie rod extenders, for 4x4 it’s missing limit straps

I have the same LT kit, been installed since early 2009 and it has been great for me. I can say with almost full certainty that you have bent spindles, and that is the reason why your alignment shop was unable to get the proper numbers. You really need gussets on your spindles.

I really want to like this, but I really do dislike the possibility of that

Im on my 3rd-4th set of spindles. It goes with the territory. I even carry a spare pair and have had to install one while on the trial.

Spindles without gussets is just bonkers in my opinion.

here's a thread I started some time ago, some good info in it...
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/check-your-spindle-gussets-for-cracks-with-b-s-talk.474632/

And this happened last year while in Death Valley. It would have been really ugly for me if I didn't have gussets.

Bent enough that the tire was rubbing when turning passenger side.

Had spares on hand and swapped it out while on the trail. Didn't take long.

    Organization is everything...
