That tail looks good! I imagine it's a lot more comfortable to ride without the clip-ons.

Thanks! It was a pain in the ass since the stunt subframe is slightly tweaked. The dirt bike bars are def more comfy, even though the guy before me put them on for better wheelie control. All that’s left now is to paint the tank, get the plastics on and get the cage back on and then it’s ready to sell

Drz or wr. Moving in the direction of combined off-road camping adventures with both the truck and the bike. The truck transformations have already begun in preparation. I’m stoked.

You know the deal man, its an addiction, but you are pretty much dead on. I'll end up delisting it as I have many times before, that's why I still have this WR after so long. It breaks down every now and then, usually in spectaular fashion. I get pissed and then list it after its fixed. But then a few rides and man I am in love all over again.

Really want a 2012+ for the fuel injection, alumnium frame and better parts availability.

I would normally say WR over the DRZ, but the FX models are very nice now as they are pretty much the same as the WR series - if you need street legal it takes more to get them there and I would get the 450 personally. I'm not that familiar with the 2016+ YZ's, part of the reason i have kept the WR so long is that the head and valves are bulletproof, up until 2015 at least the YZ always had the less durable head.

"Drz or wr. Moving in the direction of combined off-road camping adventures with both the truck and the bike. The truck transformations have already begun in preparation. I’m stoked."

You won't regret it. Part of the reason I don't personally run 285s+ with steel bumpers etc is that I camp with my WR. I leave the tacoma at the campsite and hit the trails with the WR. Keeps my Tacoma 20+MPG and without the wear and tear on a 35k+ truck.

So my bro removed the throttle stop screw and put a shorter one in. Did the air box mod. She fucking rips now. That bike is fast af. And I still didn't give it full throttle.

Looks so clean man, you can remap that thing for the exhaust and air box mod via cellphone app on the 2019s right?
