I have to do the clutch in my 2.4. I talked to last 2 owners. The truck has never left town. Evidently neither of them know anytime the clutch was done or if anything has been touched. The truck currently has 424k miles I think

If its the original one with that many miles I would replace it just for the peace of mind. Usually they last half that long if they're lucky, must have seen some easy miles over its whole life

@Running Man send me that diff...I'll have to tear back into the front end of my truck again and figured I could just slap a front diff in there :anonymous:

I have a plastic bin with spindles/hubs/axles, as well as another one with LCA's, and those new hubs that arrived last week.

Parts are accumulating for a truck I've only had for 7 months...

I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been done. I have done the slave and master but not the clutch. It’s starting to go so it’s that time. Any idea on good brands??

wow, mine may NEVER need replaced!

right now the stick is just a tad sticky (sorta clunky) shifting 1st to 2nd, especially when its cold out, but that might be a totally different issue
