    Hello everyone. I’m Kyle, first time Taco owner. Picked up a silver ‘06 SR5 with 138,000. Got it from a buddy for $8k. It’s clean and in good shape. Really excited to finally have a Taco. I come from the Volkswagen world. Mainly aircooleds but the past few year more water pumpers. Kind of a family passion to collect/restore old Volkswagens. But at the moment it’s all about the new truck.

    Plans for the truck aren’t much since the wife will basically be driving it daily. I’ve already done a bunch of simple maintenance stuff. Oil change, air filter, plugs, coolant flush etc....Need to do a timing belt soon. I’ve got some gray TRD Pro Sema wheels with 265/70 General Grabber ATX for it. Going to install some 1.5” spacers also. Won’t be doing too much crazy stuff off road.

    And that’s all I got to say about that (Forrest Gump voice)

    One question I haven’t been to clear on yet. Haven’t pulled any of my lug nuts yet to check personally but will my stock lug nuts work with the TRD Pro wheels? I know most stock lugs will if you already have aluminum factory wheels but my wheels are stock steel ones.     Congrats on the new you truck and welcome to TW!

    AS for the lug hardware, no - the stock steel lug nuts will not work. You'll need factory mag seat for the TRD Pro wheels.
