SoCal Army Green delivered!

Here is the view for Apple car play, surprisingly quite good, a lot of apps pass thru and you can switch seamlessly. There is also a new app which allows you to turn on the vehicle via your phone, currently a little glitchy and was only able to get it to work once. Same with the key, press once and hold it will turn vehicle on to allow ac to turn on but that’s pretty much all it does.

 

Yep that looks like Carplay. Love it.

 

I don’t think there is a camera underneath, the front cam is as good as it gonna get for trailing. I could be wrong but I haven’t seen the camera for underneath tho lol

 

I paid msrp. No mark up, no dollar shaved off either. Every add on was charged, Mr.kim hooked it up with a key chain and usb cable for free 99 tho haha...

 

That is an IOS 13 thing, nothing special to the 2020 Tacoma.

 

There’s only 2 options when ordering, Manual or auto so I went with auto. I got some basic add ons but that’s all!

 

I don’t think android auto is as optimized, still better then blue tooth tho!

 

Yeah I have never used android auto. The update to carplay on IOS 13 is awesome though. Love being able to see maps and music at the same time. My wish now is that they would allow you to customize the dashboard so that you could show like a large clock, album / music name & artwork, and maps instead of it being locked with 3 predetermined items.

Im just showing more pictures as many are confused how the color actually is in person! Hope it can help others decide on the green or get something else, and the new features. I know I would of loved to know before I purchased one haha

 

I am not complaining! Haha the truck looks awesome. I wish it was an option when I bought, but I love my truck and colour too. Thanks for sharing. Information is king!
