Hey everybody, what did you have to do to fit bigger tires on your truck. I'm looking for pictures pertaining to the front fender, close to the cab mount. Obviously to fit bigger tires you have to CMC but what if your tires rub on the fender as well?

    Heat gun and pound?

    Sawzall it?

What width. Rubbing is usually width dependent.

    255’s probably fine

    265’s probably fine

    285’s not so much

    Going from 265/70/17 to 285/70/17's.

I know this isn't ideal but I don't have much extra cash to buy new shocks. Front is 6112 Bilstein's on the highest clip, 5th. Would it be terrible to bring it down to the 2nd clip and add a 1 inch spacer?

I feel that would make the front even more hard and bumpy.

I was mostly being ridiculous. You can safely ignore about half of my posts.
