My interaction with him wasn't bad. It just sounds like he starting up but he has some opportunities to improve.

 

Same here, just bought stuff early last week and it arrived yesterday.

 

I ordered at the beginning of the month, and still have nothin.

Edit: Sept. 3rd to be exact.

 

I met up with the Guy and picked up last week (Local), pretty cool and good interaction

 

People have lives. When I contacted him a few times he may not have responded right away, but I did get what I ordered. Just have to be patient.

 

How long should one wait? Ordered on Sept 3, paid sept 3rd, heard nothing sense? I have a life as well, and now money out to some one with out getting my product, an email would be awesome.

 

I ordered something a few weeks ago and didn’t hear anything until today.

Be patient mis amigos.

 

2 weeks... 1 week to process order and another to ship I guess would be reasonable. If they are in stock that is.

Yeah, email would be good. But everyone is different. Definitely reach out to him. Since it's a specialized/specific item, it's just a general rule it may take a little longer. Getting them made and such.

 

i bought a grill from him a while back....slow response, but it came- and he even fixed that some letters were missing. Give it a bit- he is probably jammed up

 

Bought from him, fast shipping even to an overseas APO, great product. Hope this is just a fluke and he's just been busy, which is what it's sounding like.

Remember guys, not all of the mod makers on here run physical shops or have loads of staff working for them. Everyone's got personal lives and sometimes stuff happens. Granted I do agree with customer service/communication being essential if there's going to be delays.

 

Sorry Man, lack of communication is always frustrating. If it’s any indicator that he might be behind, moving too fast and getting things out of order, he mistakenly included two packs of the backing pieces in my order. If anyone needs one let me know.

Half the time I go running I still listen to that, Wife thinks I’m nuts because it’s “not the right beat for exercise...”. Just trying to let him know I believe no one forgot him (but three weeks does suck).
