    Stock....ish
I did. There are 2 versions of the trailer and you must get the larger one. If you run wheel spacers those have to come off. My tires rubbed both ramps on the sides and I have the narrower ray10s on 35s. It was a pain. Truck was pulled all the way forward and the rears were halfway hanging off

We are always down for a "project"..... lol

But in all seriousness, wish the best for you! I had a ACL/ MCL surgery when I was 17.. Not a fun experience.

Gonna be in Ouray this weekend with someone, where can we go to see some good colors?

We'll probably be in a CCLB truck so that will limit our options. Someone suggested Ophir and from what I remember a couple of the turns might be tough but it would be doable, I just don't remember that many aspens up there

I put that ugly 4runner on and it barely fit between the fenders. You could borrow my set of 31s if you need em to get the width down, not sure they will fit over your calipers though (15" wheels)

Colors aren't really going yet in the San Juans. A few pockets of aspen are yellow, and most are down in tight canyons near the streams where the cold air pools at night

There are a decent amount of aspen up there, or were. If you check out Google Map's imagery it's 'early fall' and you can see some yellow where most of them are. I know there's the one spot as you're coming out of 'town' where you drive through them (section of trail is often muddy). But that was all hit by avalanches a few years back and it took out some pretty wide swaths. Can't really say how 'recovered' it is now. There's also a decent amount along 145, or in patches viewable in the distance from 145, between there and Telluride.

Usually the area I hear about for aspens around Ouray is the north side of the Sneffels ridge, basically the area surrounded by that ridge, 550, and 62 like you were taking the highway from Ouray to Telluride instead of a pass. Google imagery is more 'summer' for that area, so you can still tell what's aspen and what's evergreen but not quite as easily. There are roads back up onto the mountain from 62, and I think one is even a scenic byway or route or something but I can't recall the name off the top of my head.

Of course, none of that does you any good if they haven't started changing yet...

    Thanks for the info fellas

I just checked with someone who was out there last weekend and things were starting to change as of Sunday.

we'll have a 4runner which really opens up our options too

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
This was a HD right next to my old house there. Its funny as I can see people in the neighborhood doing that kind of thing.

The girlfriend wants to do some color runs this year and wants to go up to Gilpin lake but i told her its a hiking only trail and I ain't hiking 9 miles in and 9 miles out haha

So i am looking for trip suggestions for this weekend that will include colors, which I know are barely just starting, but mostly looking for an awesome clear mountain lake to take her to. One where I don't have to hike 18 miles for one we could preferably get close to and one that has camping on the same trail. Open to any suggestions.

Yeah, that's the spot on 62, but I was more even thinking driving back up 7 or 9, or 58P or whatever from Noel to Sawpit - actually getting back up in them.

Fuck that guy, I hope he got towed and impounded. Doing that shit on a snow pile in a parking lot is one thing, but that's just... I sure hope it isn't anyone here.

Also, since at least for me that site was showing blurred pics, I presumed because I don't pay for a subscription, here's the main pic in question:

I looked into getting a 2015 Chevy 2500 or maybe it was a GMC. The amount of recalls was amazing!
