So I realized I never posted up my truck after the recent suspension add ons

TRD pro 3rd gen rear shocks, reinstalled the overload.

Front, I swapped out the 1/4” top plates for 1/2” and did ICON uca’s W/ delta joints.

The ride is plush and dope!!!!

I got to replace my muffler. This one is starting to sound like a rattle can when I take off or push on it from like say 3rd gear. It’s annoying as hell.

Hmm thats strange. Doesnt the mk3 exhaust come with a magnaflow muffler? You should throw a borla pro xs on there and then maybe a resonator. Not sure how loud you like it. Mines stupid loud with the afe catback and a resonator. I dont have any cats though..

I thought it was the end of my furthest rear hanger smacking the frame......cuz it was doing that until I bent the hanger away from the frame. Yeah so when I romp on it, it just sounds like I have rocks in my muffler. If I drive for a half hour/hour to get the exhaust nice and hot, it goes away.

Lol....it’s the firefighter in me. I like to keep things clean when I can. I squeegee the floor just like the firehouse bay floors.

Take your muffler off and shake it around. Pray it goes jingle jangle and that sound isn’t a cat letting go.

My high flow cats are only 2 years old and it definitely sounds like it’s coming from the rear.

When has everyone replaced their suspensions from wear? My rear shocks blew out at ago 25k but my fronts are now at 140k and still feel great and aren’t leaking. Lots of highway miles, but I’m looking for any reason dump money on new toys.
