My 2019 has been quieter than any car I’ve owned with the exception of the GTI. I’m way happier with the sound levels than my last car—Forester XT. Had to practically yell in that thing to have a conversation

My biggest complaint would be some of the interior plastic bits squeak, which I picked up a roll of felt tape to help address, and the passenger's seat vibrates at freeway driving speeds / vibrations. Also, the radio @ a decent volume starts some buzzing action in different door features.

    Perhaps it is your tires...?

My 2019 is extremely quiet. That is until I floor it; then it squeals like a wild boar being chopped to pieces.

The 4.0 1gr-fe sounds like a diésel compared to the 3.5 IMO.

If I ever think my taco is loud I just drive my wife’s Miata (top up) and suddenly it’s like I have cotton balls in my ears while driving the taco.

Install a roof rack. It will cure all the noise problems

I have a nasty driver front wind noise. I heard there is a TSB for replacing the weatherstrips. I just don't trust the dealer to do anything, even make decent coffee.

Wait really? There's a tsb? It sounds like my front driver's window is always cracked open lol.

Plus the fact that my roof weather stripping on the driver's side decided to deattach last week...

Even if there wasn’t a TSB, why wouldn’t you take that in as warranty work weirdo?

My sister changes her own oil and drives a manual trans. There are some really capable women out there as technicians.

I specified men to get my point across to you, unless you are a woman?
