    i have the cool white. it matches the chincy stock bed light color. while i think the cool blue looks 'cool', i don't think its as easy on the eyes as the warm, and to me, if i was camping or something and wanted that ambient light to actually see in the bed and project out then i think the warm would be better. personally, i just wanted all my lights to color match.

    the cool whites are similar to your DRLs.

    @mattgecko wondering if you could provide more info on the Softopper lights. Are they permanently fixated to the Softopper frame? I understand there is a quick disconnect, how is that tied into the bed lights? As an FYI, I already have your bed light kit. Thanks!

    The soft topper light strips are struck to the soft topper frame, the wire harness is ran down to the bed bed switch and ground.

    Just installed mine over the weekend. I recently put on a used cap and was going to wire the overhead light when I installed the under-rail LEDs.. no need. Plenty of light from this kit, in the right spot to be useful.
