Semi unofficial MESO Interior Chrome Delete Kit & More

Been looking for a few final touches to my truck, I feel about done with things I’ve wanted and have completed. Really nothing else on my list of to do’s. This seems like a good finishing touch with some other minor things before I start dumping money in my lady’s 72 chevelle.

Anyone have any pics of them installed? I was gonna order red sets of both since my truck is black with red accents, so if any pics of red would be great. Other colors welcome of course.

some of these items you can no longer get due to logo copyright issues toyota.usa sent to him.

 

Hondo garage vent mount and radio dials are very nice, Love them in my taco

 

I've got the a/c knobs & 4wd knob replaced with the ajt design knobs. They are tight & secure. They give a bit more purchase on the knobs.

 

I have both. Will post picture of AC vent soon.

Thanks Tacospike! It is real wood too! Colors and type of wood are chosen on the site, and then the wood is lasered and custom made for each vehicle. So it isn't as though you order and it is shipped the same day! And in my case, they were out of the wood I chose, so I had to wait, but I got the whole kit in about a month. I hated the black interior as it was just too dang dark, hence I had to do something when I came across this on the www.carid.com website. I like it a whole lot better than the way it was before!

 

I hear you. It’s a lot of black which I don’t necessarily mind but like to add a bit of pop to it and red and black is one of my personal favorite color schemes.

 

AC vents. Note the driver right side vent doesnt sit flush and the vent ring pops up a bit. I already email AJT about this and they said they will resolve the issue but that was back in the beginning of September...no word yet. I left mine off fyi

 

I'm also going to cover the chrome around the push start and hopefully the 4x4 ring too. Waiting for my package to arrive.

 

Yeah I wasn’t he’s the video about the driver side. You have to remove the chrome ring and install now.

What are you using to cover them? I have a red TRD push start on the way and would love to cover the chrome rings.

I ordered 2 just in case it fits the 4x4 knob. Of ot doesnt I will sell it. They have 5 colors to choose from IIRC

For the push start, I know and I won’t get it till next month coming from Japan. I’ve been eyeing it for a while and finally did it. Told myself, hey you’re finishing up the truck, few more little things then be happy with it. I think I’ve told myself that several times over that past few years then I find something or Meso makes something... it’s never ending but I can try

 

I'm look at the driver side again. The vent closest to the driver door sits flush IIRC. It was the the vent on the right of the driver that didnt sit flush. Still the video helps and it seems like an easy job. Thanks for the update
