    They hit me with a $75 fine because I had a parking pass "on the wrong side of the car". Which is the opposite side it was supposed to be displayed than last year. How do I know this? I got a ticket last year for the same god damn reason.

    No, not for parking fines. You just can't check out books in the library or apply for a new parking pass, which is fun. I can't get a parking pass because of fines but fines will keep piling up without a pass. Joy, love it.

    There's even a warning tab, lmfao. Got a ticket on my first day of class last year for that bs. I got lucky though. They bumped my $75 fine down to $60

    Then what's the point? My school (Wright State, Dayton OH) would withhold EVERYTHING for unpaid tickets.

    Got an unpaid ticket? Can't register for the next quarter, get transcripts, graduate, etc. Tickets were paid QUICKLY.

    Then again, we didn't have stupid parking rules like that. Park in a marked spot without the right pass (or in a no-parking spot) and you earned your ticket. It was also a MUCH larger school than Concordia. My psych class had 300 people in it!

    They hardly even notify you. I’ve gotten four tickets only notified for two, which are little slips they put under your windshield whippers. It’s fkn crazy.
