Mobil 1 rebate is now active

Even when you deposit the MONEY into your ACCOUNT ?

 

I bought via walmart.com, never an issue.

 

Here are the conditions of the rebate:

Rebate conditions: Rebate is valid in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Eligible oil products can be purchased together on one (1) receipt or purchased separately and, if submitted by mail, must be combined in one (1) envelope. Limit of four (4) rebates per household, regardless of rebate amount and regardless of submission method. Each rebate request received by mail must contain original rebate form and original receipt(s).



I did 4, 5 quart jugs earlier this year on ONE receipt. Is this considered one or four rebates?

 

my guess is its a rebate for each item, making 1 jug = 1 rebate

 

Yeah, that’s what I originally thought but then I read it again today and noticed the language ‘rebate’ vs product or item...

I ordered 4 jugs on Walmart online. Got rejected on the rebate, even though I submitted all the stuff as correctly as I can given that I don't have an actual receipt that I could take a picture of (only an email confirmation) Here is the rejection verbiage:

"Thank you for participating in the 2019 Pvl Piab Mobil Retail Program. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request for the following reason(s):

• An original receipt showing the store name and eligible product dated between 04/01/2019 and 09/30/2019 is required.
• An original receipt/invoice showing completed payment and shipment of eligible product is required.

Thank you for your interest in this offer.

As long as the offer is available, you may resubmit online."


I am trying to re-submit. have a capture of the emailed order confirmation from walmart and paypal. Even when I go to 'my orders' at walmart.com, it doesn't say the store name at the top. Unless I do a screen capture of the website that includes the address bar. Anyone else have issue with this? Also, I am forced to put in the actual address of the retailer. What did you all use for that? Just the nearest Walmart physical location? I am gonna try again, but this will obviously be my last try before the deadline and hoping to get it right. Thanks.

 

I got rejected first too and then submitted the delivery confirmation email instead of the invoice/initial email confirmation. That has everything required on it and worked for me.
