I know you got the code, but some have it on the backside of the glovebox. (I.e. when you drop it to change air filter)

A friend of mine was involved in an accident in his 2006 Chevy Cobalt that was his fault. It was his first accident ever. His car was totaled, and the responding RGO poured salt in the wound by writing him a ticket.

 

You must be too young... it was a thing.

 

A factory radio is worth more than an aftermarket Chinese one. They usually last the life of the vehicle.

It is funny though, yrs. ago they made dummy covers and removeable face plates for expensive ones.

I bought one for I think close to a thousand bucks in the '90s.

 

I think my Pioneer was made in Thailand...

Say hello to my future truck! It's a 2017 AC TRD Sport 2WD. My uncle who lives in South Carolina bought it used earlier this year with just 16,000 miles on it. He rides his Harley most of the time, so the truck only has about 18K on it now. He said he'll sell it to me at a reasonable price in three to five years when he gets tired of it, and by then he expects it to have no more than 30K miles on it.

What do you think? I hope to have enough money saved up by the time my uncle is ready to sell that I can just pay cash and maybe, just maybe, hold onto my current truck!

 

It's not a 4x4, but it has just about every option I want, and my uncle is incredibly OCD about taking care of his vehicles.
