Actually I got those bad boys chased and slapped on the truck!

Now I just have to worry about my terrible exhaust manifold gasket leaks, missing cats, and permanent CEL...

The new ride is a 2019 F250 6.2l. Basically the same truck, different color. I’ll put all the goodies on this weekend.

Sharp truck, but I hate how the new HD's all look like they skipped leg day. The trucks are so huge that even the 33's that they come with from the factory look small.

The crazy thing is that you can buy them with an 8 foot bed, too. And if it's a Ram, you can get a Mega Cab with an 8 foot bed. And dual wheels. :der:

He needs a smart car to throw in the bed so he can drive close to the city, park somewhere, then drive the smart car the rest of the way in. I can't imagine that thing fits anywhere in the city.

I agree. Those are 32's from the factory, 275/65R18. On the last one, I swapped them to 34's and thought it looked much better. I'm debating doing it again because it definitely didn't help my already piss-poor MPG numbers. I might try to get 34" tires but keep the same 18" wheels this time (not sure if I can find something in that size or not). The 20" PVD wheels I swapped to last time looked great but they were some heavy sun-bishes. But 34's did fill the wheel wells out much better.
I should have taken a picture of the rental truck I had. It was the same thing, F250, 4x4 but it had 245/75R17 tires. They were tiny!
Agreed! You definitely have to plan ahead when going into a city. The height combined with a terrible turning radius due to the long wheel base and the solid front axle just not turning over very far make it a challenge. Fortunately, I park in a new parking garage and I know I fit (We built it and I was the PM on it so I know for sure I fit). Going to other parts of the city, I wouldn't venture into just any parking garage. There are some that were a tight squeeze for my Tacoma.

Congratulations! I love super duties and always have to remind myself that I have absolutely no use for one.

I just crossed 1000 hours and 36,000 miles in my F-150. I'm thinking if I see a steal on a leftover 2020 Lariat SuperCab (hard to find--everything is a crew cab) with the other options I'd like next year, I may jump on it. I'm seeing rumors that the 2021s will be even bigger and I don't really want a truck that I can't fit in my garage. Although, I should have it paid off by the time I hit the 3 year mark, so that would really be the smarter decision.

    Very nice, congrats!

You should see my bosses new F350 Crew Cab (or whatever Ford calls the big one) dually with 8' bed. It's running 245's.

The Ram has 275/70R18's, so 33OD. But they still look smaller than they should.

Congrats!! What would you recommend for a bed cover? I was looking at one of those roll up tonneau covers.

I've got one of the Bak Industires Revolver X2 covers, I like it a lot, but in the winter it does require some patience. You need to make sure the tracks and cover are completely snow and ice free before opening and closing. And sometimes in the winter, if I put my sled in the bed and it's rolled up tight for a day or two, it has to stay rolled up until the sun comes out or it goes in a garage or something because it sorta freezes in a rolled up shape and makes it hard to get all the little "teeth" back into the track system. Also be forewarned, it's definitely not the most secure cover out there, anyone that owns one knows how easy you can open it without opening the tailgate. I've actually thought about modifying it to be more secure.

Noted! I'd like one of the backflip ones, but a roll-up is probably the way I'll go.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
If they are like the ones for the Tacoma's then I'd say get an Access or Truxedo cover
